Keolis Canada announces Skyport acquisition

Keolis Canada, part of the French firm Keolis Group, has announced the acquisition of Skyport, a bus transport company specializing in airport services. Skyport handles crew transportation and manages and delivers lost and delayed luggage for most airlines, primarily in the Montreal, Tremblant, Québec City and Ottawa regions.

The acquisition closed in November 2016.

Keolis Group is a major player in the public transportation of passengers in Europe and around the world. The Keolis Group is owned by SNCF (70%) and Caisse de dépôt et placements du Québec (30%).
