CPE News Brief – Minutebook Technologies has announced the closing of a $3.3 million “seed” financing.
The SAFE private placement financing closed in April and included a large group of accredited investors from BC, Ontario and USA.
Led by Ryan S.D. Wilson, Vancouver based Minutebook Technologies is provider of simple corporate records management solution. “The only equity platform you need for lawyers, company builders, employees and investors.”
