CPE News (2.1.2024) – Alliance Technical Group, a portfolio company of Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, has announced its agreement to acquire ORTECH Consulting Inc. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Led by Principals, Scott Manser, Steve Thorndyke, and Chris Belore, Mississauga, Ontario based ORTECH Consulting is a leading Canadian environmental, engineering, and science consulting firm.
This strategic move marks a significant expansion of Alliance’s portfolio in environmental and technical expertise and brings Alliance’s service offerings to the international stage.
