Penfund has quietly raised over $1 billion in capital commitment for its sixth fund, Penfund Capital Fund VI.
Penfund is actively investing Fund VI, and has yet to make the closing announcement about the new fund.
Fund VI is managed by general partners (GPs), John Bradlow, Richard Bradlow, Adam Breslin and Jeremy Thompson.
Penfund Capital Fund V closed in October 2016 with $724 million in committed capital.
