Carrot Insights Inc. , formerly Social Change Rewards Inc., a Toronto based loyalty reward provider, has raised $921K in additional funding from 23 Ontario, Alberta and BC investors.
Relay Ventures led a $1.8 million financing in Carrot Insights in November 2016. The neew financing is part of the same financing.
Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP acted as legal counsel in connection with the financing.
Carrot Insights’ board includes Irfhan Rawji (Chair), Principal of Totem Capital Corporation, John Albright, Managing Partner of Relay Ventures, Joseph Natale, incoming CEO of Rogers Communications, Sam Duboc, CEO of Elkland Capital, John Seminerio, Managing Partner of Magellan Angel Partners, Tim Sorensen, President of Primary Capital, and Andres Souvaliotis, CEO of Carrot Insights.
