Streamforge secures US $1.2M seed financing

CPE News Brief (9.17.2023) — Streamforge has raised US $1.2 million in seed funding led by Triptyq Capital with participation from Leansquare, Telegraph Hill Capital, and private investors.

Guillaume Therien, Partner of Triptyq Capital, has joined Streamforge’s board of directors.

Founded by Xavier Constantin and Nick Lombardi, Streamforge is a technology company that revolutionizes influencer marketing within the gaming sector. Pioneering the application of AI-driven technology, the company leverages billions of data points to attain profound insights into creators and their respective audiences, empowering brands and video game publishers to seamlessly pinpoint the most relevant communities to promote their products across platforms like Twitch, YouTube, and TikTok. Streamforge’s solutions are designed to elevate the effectiveness and efficiency of influencer marketing.

Founded in Marlborough, Massachusetts in 2019 as a Wyoming corporation, Streamforge established in Montreal in 2022. The seed financing, which closed in July, was raised by the Canadian entity.
