TMX Group acquires Wall Street Horizon

CPE News (11.7.2022) – TMX Group Limited has acquired Wall Street Horizon, Inc. (WSH), a leading provider of global market-moving action and corporate event data. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Woburn, MA based Wall Street Horizon will become part of TMX Datalinx.

Founded by CEO Barry L. Star, Wall Street Horizon provides institutional traders and investors with the most accurate and comprehensive forward-looking corporate event data. Covering 10,000 companies worldwide, it offers more than 40 corporate event types including earnings calendars, dividend dates, stock splits, mergers and acquisitions, investor conferences and more.

Wall Street Horizon had been backed by private investors.

TMX Group Announces Acquisition of Wall Street Horizon

TORONTO, Nov. 7, 2022 /CNW/ – TMX Group Limited announced today it has agreed to acquire Boston-based Wall Street Horizon, Inc. (WSH), a leading provider of global market-moving action and corporate event data.

WSH provides traders, portfolio managers, academics and others an ever-expanding set of forward-looking and historical corporate event datasets, including earnings dates, dividend dates, options expiration dates, splits, spinoffs and a wide variety of investor-related conferences. Covering 9,000 publicly traded companies worldwide, the company offers more than 40 event types.
