CPE News (11.7.2022) – Qualifacts Systems, LLC, a portfolio of Warburg Pincus LLC, has acquired OnCall Health. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Toronto based OnCall Health is leading the way in enabling behavioral healthcare organizations to be virtual-first. Founded by Nicholas Chepesiuk in 2016, OnCall enables healthcare enterprises to rapidly launch their own virtual care platform that is highly configurable to their brand and workflow.
OnCall Health had raised US $8 million in seed and Series A funding from Base10 Partners, Ripple Ventures, Panache Ventures, and Stout Street Capital.
Founded in 2000, Nashville, TN based Qualifacts is a provider of EMR (electronic medical record) and practice management software to the behavioral health end market, with a focus on midsized outpatient mental health clinics.
In September 2019, Warburg Pincus acquired Qualifacts Systems from Great Hill Partners.
