Cvent, Inc., a portfolio company of Vista Equity Partners, has agreed to acquire QuickMobile for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition is expected to close before the end of May 2018.
With 100 employees, Vancouver based QuickMobile is a pioneer of mobile event apps. QuickMobile helps its customers deliver personalized, productive and fully-integrated events and meetings–across the enterprise and beyond–that captivate and engage attendees.
QuickMobile has been backed by BDC Capital, TIMIA Capital, Vancity, and angel investors.
Tysons Corner, Virginia based Cvent is a leading cloud-based enterprise event management company. Formerly listed on NYSE, Cvent was taken private by Vista Equity Partners for US $1.65 billion.

The acquisition of QuickMobile, with its 100 employees, will broaden and deepen Cvent’s already world-class mobile event app and onsite solution capabilities and help the company extend its reach in the marketplace through QuickMobile’s extensive partner network. The acquisition is expected to close before the end of May 2018.
