Vitruvi has reportedly closed a US $4.5 million Series A financing led by Boulder, Colorado based Harbinger Ventures with participation of family office Lyra Growth Ventures and others.
Megan Bent, founder & Managing Partner of Harbinger Ventures and Charles Chang of Lyra Growth Ventues will join Vitruvi board of directors.
The close of Series A brings the total funding to US $7 million.
