White Swan Environmental secures financing

White Swan Environmental Ltd., a waste management services company servicing Athabasca oil sands operations, has closed a round of financing.

Kensington Capital Partners could be one of Ontario investors. White Swan Environmental board is consisting of Kevin Baumann, Andrew Baumann, Harold Huber (SVP of Kensington Capital Partners), Lyle Reid (CEO of SITE, an environmental contracting company owned by Houston, Texas based PE firm SCF Partners) and Arthur Kwan (Managing Partner at Athena Capital Advisors). Heighington Law acts as legal counsel to White Swan.[/mepr-active]

With disposal sites strategically positioned near both Atmore and Conklin, White Swan Environmental (WSE) offers regional producers the disposal of large volumes of fluid and solid waste while eliminating the need to transport considerable distances south – significantly lowering operating costs.

Founded in 2013, White Swan Environmental is led by President Andrew Baumann.
